About quality control

一. Scientific sampling:
1. Hand-selected concentrate sampling: Divide the ore into no less than three layers, and evenly distribute the sampling points to ensure that the particle size ratio of each layer is consistent with the ore and the sampling points are evenly distributed.
2. Conveyor belt moving sampling: Take samples of the entire width and thickness at the drop of the conveyor belt to ensure the representativeness of the samples.
3. Conveyor belt stop sampling: When the conveyor belt stops, samples are taken from the designated part according to the running direction.
4. Packaging bag sampling: Randomly sample from each interval according to the calculated time interval.
